Kores India Ltd will use commercially reasonable efforts to acknowledge, triage and address support tickets, and to keep you informed of the progress. However, we do not warrant or guarantee any particular time frame for responses or final resolution unless a separate written service-level commitment has been agreed. We shall not be liable for any losses (including indirect or consequential losses) arising from delays in response or resolution, or from interruptions in service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including force majeure, third-party failures, or network outages).

b. Amicable Resolution – The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms (“Dispute”) amicably through good faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice of the Dispute.
c. Arbitration – If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute amicably within the said period, the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian (Arbitration and Conciliation) Act, 1996 (as amended).
